Wendi Koch

My enthusiasm for photography began in my childhood when I chronicled my families many adventures. I traveled multiple roads in my career but never lost sight of my love for having a camera in hand. Exploring the beauty of Australia reignited my passion for capturing the world around me so I returned to photography. I paid tribute to my Australian adventure by naming my company Kangarooland Photography. I grew up around horses and dogs. When I re-entered the horse world I discovered the challenge and joy of capturing these magnificent creatures at rest and work. I volunteered at an equine therapy company before moving onto an equine rescue. I am honored to be there and know that my photos are helping to raise money for the rescue. When hiring a photographer, as important as their portfolio is the person, I bring a lighthearted, fun atmosphere to every shoot, setting everyone at ease and allowing us to create and capture the best of every moment.
