"Live what you love to do!" - Hi I'm Kirsten, an equine artist and photographer who has been passionate about horses since I was a little girl. I rode my first horse in the Philippines when I was only 6 months old. I come from a long line of horse people and artists. Growing up I was always drawing and painting horses, and as I got older, I discovered a talent for capturing their beauty and relationships with their very special people on film. I've been very lucky to have learned from master photographers and artists in numerous fields such as fashion, equestrian, wedding, and portraiture. I like to make people feel beautiful no matter how they see themselves, in fact they need to see how others see them... With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of equine anatomy, I create portraits of horses and their relationship with their owners that truly capture their essence through my lens. My fine art paintings and drawings have been featured in galleries, exhibitions, and have won numerous competitions. I've become known for my ability to bring horses to life on the canvas and through the lens of my camera. As for a horse crazy quote, I like to say: "When I'm with horses, I feel like I'm exactly where I'm meant to be. They are my inspiration, my joy, and my passion, and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to work with these magnificent animals."
