Zach Hewitt

I was born and raised in San Diego, CA where we could spend the mornings at the beach and the afternoons in the mountains. Having both of those options created a love of the outdoors for me, no matter what the surroundings. In 2006 my family and I moved to Colorado, where I currently live in Elbert County on the edge of the Eastern Plains. This only increased my love for the outdoors and created a love of the western lifestyle and it is here where I make my home with my family and all our animals. We own Horses, cattle, chickens, goats, rabbits, dogs and cats and a dragon name Spike. I enjoy capturing outdoor images of just about everything. Animals, wild and domestic. Equine photography, from dressage to bronc riders. Rodeo from barrel racers to bull riders. Landscapes, from old grain mills to windmills to farm equipment that died in the field.
